About the role
We need a Growth Marketing Manager to scale AceSpeak’s user acquisition and retention. You will own app store optimisation, referral campaigns and content that helps people discover the app.
Responsibilities
- Own App Store and Google Play optimisation
- Plan and execute digital growth campaigns
- Create product-led content, email and referral copy
- Monitor performance and optimise acquisition funnels
- Work with product and design on messaging and assets
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in growth marketing, ideally for mobile apps or SaaS
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience with analytics and performance marketing
- Comfortable working in a small, cross-functional team
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer wellbeing, learning, or skill-building
- Paid acquisition, SEO, or influencer/referral experience
AceSpeak candidate exercise

Working details: This is a full-time role. Remote / hybrid within the UK; London preferred. Standard full-time hours apply, with the exact schedule agreed during hiring. There is no fixed degree requirement; equivalent practical experience is welcome.
