AceSpeak candidate exercise

All applicants are required to complete a short AceSpeak practice exercise and achieve a total AceSpeak score above 3,000 before submitting an application.

  1. Download AceSpeak on iOS or Android using the links below.
  2. DM @acespeak.uk on Instagram with the role title to request a complimentary analysis token. The token is issued privately; do not purchase a subscription or share it.
  3. Record a 90-second to 2-minute response to: “Describe a product or project you helped improve and what you learned.”
  4. Practise and re-record until your total AceSpeak score is above 3,000.

The score is one part of a human-reviewed application process and is not used as the sole hiring criterion. If you cannot use Instagram, the app or the scoring format, need another token, or need a reasonable adjustment, email hello@acespeak.uk and we will arrange complimentary access or an equivalent alternative exercise.
